Thoughts on my bounty hunter nemissis? He is more of a plot device to start off, then when the PCs get more XP they may face him. in the party of 4 I have a seer and heavy so far.

That's a lot of talents to keep track of on a NPC. I'd suggest fewer talents with higher ranks in the ones that the character focuses on. And Pressure Point is a laughably broken talent. I would never allow the RAW version in my games on either a PC or NPC.

I might set a 1 time session/long rest limit or just remove it.
