Is Nera/Wes/Poe competitive?

A rebel list I have been working on. I’m going to start flying it soon wanted to see what y’all thought.

I would fly all three ships in a loose formation with Wes stripping tokens Nera for the alpha strike and Poe for the late game.

Any feed back would be great I’m going to try and fly it this week

Forgot I added guidance chips to Nera as well.

I like the look of it. It messes with U-boats, has decent early punch and late game survivability.

Initiative is the obvious tricky point here. Soontir, Whisper and their ilk will be competing with your PS9 Aces. I would be tempted to replace Autothrusters on Poe with IA in order to give both Poe and Wes Vetern Instincts to make sure you win the PS war. Tough call as ATs are nice on the T70 but I have a hunch that getting your Aces to PS10 might be more important.

Personally I quite like the look of R3-A2 on Wes as the extra stress adds insult to injury. ;)

Nera is definitely playable right now. Poe is still the best endgame pilot for Rebels (an argument can be made for Corran as well) and Wes is becoming increasingly more playable due to Defenders taking over the meta (removing evades is a must). I would make a few changes to make sure Wes stays alive:

Poe:

Adaptability, R5-P9, Autotrusters

Wes:

Adaptability, R2-D2, Integrated

Nera:

Plasma Torp, Extra Munitions, Guidance Chip

You don't really need to be above PS9 on your aces. Whisper/Vader/Soontir are already seeing much less play with Defenders now being so incredible (this is based on the meta in my city, yours may be different). Nera NEEDS guidance chips and although plasma torps have a little less bang than proton torps, they are awesome for first shots on U-boats and still roll 4 dice.

R2-D2 on Wes is really solid. Having two jousters who can fly out and recover shields is awesome. You could keep BB-8 for arc dodging, but the recovery mechanic can save you just as many hits as the arc dodging.

I have flown this list against U-Boats, trip Defenders and a tie swarm. It rips through swarms and broke even against U-boats and is one game up against Defenders. Good luck!

@Fozzyman I don't have R2D2 for Wes other wise I would fly that. So it's BB8 or R3A2 for me.

Against ships who like to use PTL, Stressbot is a really PITA. Putting a second stress token on Sontir is like an eldritch curse to the commander of the 181st.

I think i will give this a go too,I have been wanting to take nera and Wes out for a spin. But I think I will take deadeye, stressbot and small initiative bid over R2D2.

If you think about R3-A2 vs BB-8 they both require green maneuvers to work. I'd take stress over a premove BR anyday.
