Can I use Triumph to upgrade the next PC slot's roll? Forcing the squadron to avoid my fire giving them an advantageous shot?

Certainly.

Next enemy squadron attacks Kellen's wing.

Destroy the Je'daii (part 3) : 1eA+2eP+2eD+1eS 1 success, 3 advantage
dealing 6 damage before Armor/Soak and I will spend the 3 Advantage to activate a critical - which can do a critical damage to Kellen's ship or destroy another craft in Kellen's wing outright.

So Kellen's ship is at 4/6 HT and maybe a Crit too...I'm assuming you (Prophyt) will decide if there's a crit or a destroyed wing minion?

Well, I don't actually know how the squad rules work, since the Jedi wings squadded up with you guys. Richard never posted the AoR squad rules in here and I have 0 AoR rule books

One upgrade from the targeting computers in my flight (as agreed previously), Kellen's lovely upgrade, an Astromech boost and my temporary rank of Gunnery, give me:

Ren-Do hasn't taken any action this turn. You have the marker next to a PC slot, is that Xaramis or is that the last slot, meaning Ren-Do?

I'm trying to remember. I think I accelerated last round, but I really can't remember.

It would be helpful to have a marker on the Initiative tracker saying who went when.

No worries, I know how confusing running two simultaneous combats can be!

Ren-Do will maneuver closer and I'll flip a DP for the attack. I'll also use all three boosts I had stored up for fine-tuning this fighter, as well as the boost from the astromech. Let's see what happens.

Grumble f-ing grumble. One hit and I could have shredded the enemy with linked and a crit -_-
2 Advantages = Free maneuver, going on evasive maneuvers.
2 Advantages = Boost for Ren-Do's next action
1 Advantage = Recover strain
Triumph = Upgrade Ren-Do's next check

Yeah. Four boosts and an ability dice and not a single success. Not ungrateful for the Triumph, but one other success would have been nice...

So to clarify - after Kymrel's IC post, we've got one enemy turn, a Sith cruiser, and then two PC slots? I'd like to claim one, as I've written out my IC post for that last roll and I'd like to be able to get it out of my save slot.

Brief description of squad rules.

To form a squad it's a Maneuver to make a Leadership check to form up to 11 minions into the squad.

Basic effect is that any hits on the leader can be taken by a minion (removing the minion).

A leader can make future Leadership checks (as a Maneuver) to put the squad in various formations that grant certain bonuses.
