Shadows and Dust OOC

Sonya will ignite her lightsaber and attack the stormtroopers, hoping to keep both of them engaged to increase the difficulty of them hitting her with a rifle.

Stormtroopers are Minions and attack as a group, so you've got that covered. Once I get home from work, I'll give you your difficulty to attack

Edited by Prophyt

Difficulty to attack the Stormtroopers is DD for engaged with 2 Boost for your surprise attack. (i just needed to make sure their armor didn't have defense bonuses, because I couldn't remember)

What do we know about the number/location of any other cryo-tubes?

Your research team only recovered the 5 in the cargo bay

Or, you know, cause the ladies to slap him across the face with the butt of a blaster rifle

We appear to be falling over ourselves to sacrifice our lives for the greater good.

Ahahaha

Tok just wants everyone to go so no one gets caught in here. That would further complicate things and he really doesn't like complications.

"After you."

"No, I insist."

"Do go on."

"No no, pleaese go."

It's so quiet in the forum right now, I keep thinking you guys are waiting for me to post >.>;

Do we need to try to navigate these ducts? Or is stealth more important? Are there multiple checks required to actually get through, by different people?

Well, you need to go down one level to get to the passenger/crew quarters, two levels to get to the same level as the hangar bay. Climbing down the ducts, which don't have ladders, obviously, is a DD Athletics check. Anyone who goes in the ducts needs to make this check to go down one level, DC to go down two levels. If you choose to move more stealthily (slower) you get a Boost for going down one level, and add a Setback for going down two levels for muscles getting strained (which makes the full "check" for one level BDD, two levels BDCS)

Would coordination work? I'm just asking...for a friend...

Your Athletics for Tok is AP, though. You could theoretically Triumph

Rin is thoughtful and plans things out, so I feel he would definitely move slowly, but he is definitely not an Athletic type, and would likely struggle without some help, he is nimble but will tire quickly. Anyone bring a rope?

Yeah...theoretically...

Okay, so the description of Coordination reads in the manner of if you fail your Athletics check and fall, you can make a Coordination check to reduce falling damage

Can I go down one level and see if there's a vent through which I can watch or listen for boarders, pop out, basically see if the coast is clear and then either get the rest of the group to come out and take the elevator or send a signal to continue on through the shafts and that I'll meet them on the next level down?

Because there's no reason for Tok to have to sneak around. He's supposed to be here. Same for Xaramis.

What if instead of climbing down I wanted to slide down gracefully?

I'm happy to roll Athletics too, I just need some assistance there.

I'll make the check to go down one level. You tell me about accomplishing the rest of my goal. Taking the boost for going slow and stealthy like.

Don't fall: 1eA+1eP+1eB+2eD 1 success, 1 advantage

I didn't fall, and the person directly behind me saw the route I took so they get a boost.

And the higher difficulty is only if you go down two levels at once. If you pop out on the housing level, then go back in to climb down, it's the same difficulty as climbing down one level again.

OK, then I'll hop out and do a quick check of the area. Perception? Vigilance? Difficulty?
