Would Knowledge (Lore) be of any use to tell us something about the structure, it's origins, age, purpose etc.? Or the strange claw-marks on the wall?

If no one wants it I will take it, being able to seek something I know off may be helpful. But only if no one else actually needs it.

Somehow I don't think Xaramis will need to charm people down here, but that's just a guess.

If Ren-Do's Intellect is higher than Rin's, you can use it as the base for the check. At least, that's my understanding for providing assistance
