Shadows and Dust OOC

By Prophyt, in Star Wars: Force and Destiny RPG

Well, whaddya know. Nothing happens as far as Garon is concerned XD

He can keep rolling hard perception checks until the end of the world and not succeed...

Your lack of faith is disturbing...

But my knowledge of statistics is not very disturbing at all...

Statistically, he would eventually succeed on a hard perception check, but it's highly improbable.

But, I knew what I was getting in to when I made the character. He's not entirely one-dimensional, but he's not very versatile, either. I've made my piece with that.

Do I need to bang harder to provide boost die to Garon?

By the looks of things, I think the only way to get his attention would be to slap him in the face. He's (understandably) distracted.

Edit: Also. I'm a little.. ..touched by Tok's remorse. I sense some good RP in the future between the two.

I'm having a little bit of a hard time deciding what exactly Micc'm slipped to Tok.

Anyway, kaosoe, does Garon want to try healing his wound or moving around the ship?

Are you OK with cross-speccing? I was thinking about having Tok snag Gunslinger.

Cross Specializations are fine, just make sure you spend the appropriate amount of XP to get them.

Everyone, make sure you remove temporary ranks in skills granted by the holocron memory

Force Sensitives should roll Conflict at this point as well

And roll for Session 3's Destiny Pool once you're finished spending XP

destiny pool : 1eF 1 Dark Side

Bad start.

I'm going to spend 30 XP to buy into Gunslinger, 5 on quick draw, 10 on improved quick draw and 5 on quick strike.

Nice

I'll have to think on what I want to do with that XP.

Morality : 1d10-8 -6

Force Sensitives should roll Conflict at this point as well

I haven't made note of any conflict accrued for Ren-Do, do you have any noted down?

I have none noted. I think Garon was the only PC to accrue any noticeable amount of Conflict

OK, my morality roll was pretty poor, thank the Force I didn't do anything naughty.

Conflict roll : 1d10 2

This puts me at Morality 53. A long way to go to Light Side Paragon :P

My XPs will be spent on acquiring Soresu Defender and some key talents from that. Clearly the lightsaber fight rattled something in that great big head.

- Specialization: Soresu Defender @ 20xp
- Talent (Soresu): Parry @ 5xp
- Talent (Soresu): Soresu Technique @ 10xp
- Talent (Soresu): Reflect @ 10xp
- Talent (Soresu): Toughened @ 5xp
And here is my contribution to the Destiny Pool:

Morality check : 1d10-4 -3

Oh, ouch!

Session 3 Destiny Pool : 1eF 1 Dark Side

Lol.

As for 50xp I have this plan:

15xp Uncanny Senses

20xp Force Rating

Then for the final 15 XP I was considering Bind. Doorintta is actually a smart bounty hunter, and Bind is a great fit for catching the target he finds with Seek.

Now that's a nice lot of XP. I picked up:

Parry 2 and 3 - 25 XP

Intense Presence - 20 XP

Leadership 1 - 5 XP

Which puts me one windfall away from Dedication.

Morality roll : 1d10 8

Once again the most amoral PC has the highest Morality :D I'm on 66 now. One lucky roll from being the galaxy's most confused Paragon since I got bored with being nice midway through a Mass Effect playthrough.

Destiny roll : 1eF 1 Dark Side

And we're back on form...

Now, about that lightsaber?

10 xp for first rank of stimpack specialization

15 xp for Stim Application

20 xp for Improved Stim Application

5 xp for first rank of Athletics

For Great Destiny : 1eF 1 Light Side

Oh, Rin is now back to Morality 50.

Do we have access to the Mentor discount? I cannot remember.

Sonya's dark side contribution:

Destiny : 1eF 1 Dark Side

f-ds.png

Morality : 1d10-2 5

Sonya's morality goes up to 58.

For spending xp:

Talent: Quick Strike 15

Talent: Dodge 20

Talent: Quick Draw 5

Skill: Mechanics 2nd rank 10
