One thing is, I don't think he's doing the worst he could be. He's a dark side force user and isn't using bind, harm, unleash? He's holding back.

I'll flip it right back to give me even a little chance of actually hitting. Boost for aiming and another for the weapon's Accurate quality. I remove one setback die with the custom grip.

You sure about that? I only rolled one Despair. It seems a little excessive for that, I must say...

Hopefully the saber is only destroyed in the holocron, kind of like Garon's arm. Otherwise it does seem excessive even with a DP flip.

Sorry for the very long IC post. What can I say, it has been a while, and I though I had better make it a good one since my weapon is gone.
This was a maneuver to engage, another to aim (for 2 strain) and action to attack.
If Micc'm attacks Ren-Do I will flip a DP. With my Force die committed to Sense and melee defense 1, that makes the difficulty CC S .

Ah, I missed that as I was writing. I'll edit the IC post slightly. It makes very little difference since he will assume it is completely out anyway. And the fight seems to be over with Sonya's hit anyway...
Edited by KymrelI don't think Ren-Do should worry about not being a Jedi anymore. A lightsaber is just a tool. I'm trying to think of a more eloquent way of saying that a Jedi doesn't need a saber, just follow the will of the light side, which Ren is doing.
I wasn't really trying to portray a great crisis of faith, so to speak, merely momentary thoughts of despair that go through his head. Keep in mind that he is quite destrought by his crystal being damaged in the cryo-tube, so this adds to that. The crisis will not last, losing a weapon is not grounds for panic for a Jedi
