Ok I checked. After dropping out of hyperspace I had 5 Strain... which I should have had time to recover?

Since then Rin has suffered 5 points of strain including those 2 just now

I think the problem was less with the players and more the fact that our GM lost interest. He had just recently started an EotE game as well, which died in infancy.
