I want to start playing and I would like to buy every single combination of cards that would allow two people to deck build freely. And I mean every card ever since...

Is that posible? can you point me to the sites where I can buy the entire Android card stash all at once ?

I'm not aware that any particular site is offering a bundle for the entire extant pool. Be aware also that the first two cycles will rotate in about a year so there's every opportunity to save a bit of money if you don't need cards that are nearing expiration.
