Drop systems officer, kinda meh in this list, and add Mara jade, tactician, or something else that can abuse that repositioning, and I think you're dandy.

Since you're handing out focus for Rex, you might as well put calculation on marek instead of vi to ensure crit city.

I think you're going to want a third Mk.II on that TIE Shuttle, to maximize Systems Officer. Other than that, looks rad! Personally I'd pick Vessery over Maarek for his unbelievable synergy with TIE/D, but that's just my preference

And to hijack the double tractors point of the list, you could throw in a tanky x7 to sponge up some damage.
