A co-operative campaign for Armada?

Was coming to post this. Gonna be awesome!

Now that I am a bit more awake - new objectives and new named pilots.

Looks like a coop campaign of Rebels vs Imperials?

Final mission is alleged to be 200pts each player. The information came from a guy that doesn't play Armada, but is at the London Celebration for the X-Wing Invitational.

I believe you meant 2,000 pts.

This looks, potentially, amazing! Safe bet FFG just found a new way for me to throw money at them.

This is why I think Armada is the People's Game... sometimes you don't want to play in a competition... you just want to meet up with peeps and throw dice and retell stories of epic success and/or failure!

So I can clearly see a new space station obstacle and two very large piles of squadron sized cards.

Is this where we get Lando in a Falcon, Porkins in an X-wing etc.

No new ships though, just new ways of using existing ones?

The question will be, will both players need an expansion to play the campaign, or could just one player have the box for the group?

This looks very interesting, I hope it will bring back some players in my area. Basically I don't play Armada anymore since winter.

Looks really cool, and I know plenty of players who love this game but don't like tournaments, so this would make their day.

This is awesome. Its nice to see so much new stuff coming down the pipe these last few months, after that long interlude. Very excited for the state of the game going forward.

I may be more excited for this expansion than ship I am for new ships. This could really be awesome.

Which is exactly what we need, I think. Ships will keep coming out anyway, but new variations keep things moving at minimal cost to the player.

I hope we get an expansion that provides variant ship cards and titles at some point, too.

2000 points? Better start crafting them lists!

Hopefully the rules and systems are open ended enough so people can make their own campaigns using the pieces.
