Looking forward to the new TIE
the shuttle seems slightly redundant next to the iconic Lambda...
Quite an elongated fuselage on that Striker - feels almost at odds with it's "sleeker" design vs a standard TIE... I think I preferred when I envisioned it being a normal eye-ball (but with sloped panels)... plenty of room to justify a crew on it as it is though!
At least the description board puts all the speculation to bed over whether it's space-capable (and thus in contention to be added to XWMG).
What is interesting is that it seems to have two hatches for two crewmembers.

I'd say "it looks ugly"

Interesting, that gives it a good spot in X-Wing as kind of a non-cloaking Phantom. That makes me look forward to it a lot!

I kinda wish we could go back to a time where we could have new Star Wars ships that were not just a shadow of a classic Star Wars ship.
The truly new ships in The Force Awakens (The Eravana, the Resistance transport and the Assault Lander) all looked like flying boxes. Very boring. The last truly original ship from the Star Wars movies that looked great and fresh was the LAAT.
I like the elongated fuselage. It implies it's more than another Interceptor/fighter type ship. Maybe it's just hyperspace capable, and the extra bulk is that drive. A deep strike attack vessel, rather than something deployed from a carrier. It's one of the few roles Imperial ships don't seem to have covered, militarily.

Then that would mean that some creative person was working on it, not a cold company that only relies on nostalgia and recognisable images to make money from fans.

Or one that realises it's fan base is so fanatic that any deviation from the norm will be met with vitriol and bile, as has happened regularly in the past.
It reminds me a lot of the concept art for the TIE/sf that ended up just being a basic /fo with some extra greeblies.
I like it. Albeit it does have an air of butterflyness about it.
I'm not sure where it fits into the game, but I like it.
Sadly the shuttle, like Kylo's, looks way too big and impractical to easily fit into x-wing
What's with the title? Is it a TIE Reaper, or a TIE Striker?

I don't think it's been officially confirmed yet; the earlier leaks were confirmed to be unauthorised and inaccurate, so I'm guessing the name might have been wrong.
I'd probably rely more on the information from the people on the ground at (presumably) SWC than on a leak from a month ago.
Its TIE Striker. I made a mistake

You mean this thing?
I may be in the minority here, but I really like the look of that shuttle
I look at them and it just feels like quality of design took a big step backwards that shuttle is stupidly impractical and the striker has worse vos than the tie ln.
What the H*
Yeah, their attempts to iterate on the Lambda are getting stupider and stupider.
Yeah, these ships are "ugly," yet somehow this monstrosity is the Holy Grail for some of you people:

I'm just disappointed that it's impractically and unnecessarily large. I mean, what on earth is the point of those wings, and how long does it take for them to fold up when it's landing...
It's mean-looking as hell though, which is great.
But I can't see it fitting into x-wing which is
So the delta shuttle replaces the other delta shuttle? (The storm trooper transport? The Escort shuttle? Someone help me out here)
Swag
The shuttle is even worse than the TFA one, wow.

I don't understand that one, either.

If that top wing... fin... thing where on the bottom and folded up for landing, I'd like it a whole lot more. As it is its still pretty cool.
As far as the game is concerned, I'd like to see more ships with the cloaking action, and on an imperial support shuttle would be pretty sweet. That thing does seem to take inspiration from our own modern day (for what that's worth in the Star Wars universe) stealth planes.
