Cool looking ships man. I especially like the StarViper
Yea that SV is incredible
Thats some stellar evolution, from that nice but maybe a bit shaky Poe to an absolutely mindblowing Star Viper! The K-Wing also looks sweet, I usually don't like metalics on X-Wing ships, but here it just works.
Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn! I need one of those!
Welcome to the Paint Forum Duarispace.
Your re-paints are fantastic !
Well done, I like the American Pre war,Trainer...if it is that. style K-wing
and your Star Viper is just GORGEOUS
WELL DONE.
Looking forward to seeing a lot more of your work.
All the best,
Barry.
Cheese above us, how did you manage to get that decloak effect so eye-searingly bright?!?
Thanks very much ![]()
Few of my next repaints:
Tie Phantoms in cloacking effects

Royal Guard Tie Interceptor with scratch build miniwings

Z-95 in custom fire effect

Brand new repaints
Kath Scarlet

A-Wing repainted to Red Tails scheme from WWII as an escort for K-Wing Bomber

Nice A-wing! (K-wing too!) I know SW has a "used universe" look to it, but I never enjoyed how some people insist on ships, Rebels in particular, looking like they were dragged out of a flooded junk yard. I mean there's room for that too, but clean looking Rebels with matching panels were part of the fleet as well. Mini rant over. ![]()
And time has come for Another Tie Phantom. This time with motion blur ![]()

Holy S***! That motion blur is awesome.
And one of the latest repaints last time. B-Wing in Japan flag ![]()

Please could you explain how you did this (what paints you used, how you did the white so well, how you got the circle & stripes especially)
I'm planning to do my imperials in this scheme after finishing my (simpler) rebel fleet, but I'm not sure how to start. I'm currently spraying on a basecoat (would be white) then using masking tape to mark areas to highlight in a separate colour.
Any special tips would be great ![]()

Fantastic job!
I like how you have been able to add an original twist to such a popular paint scheme.
Any chance of you giving us a step by step for your cloaking technique?
I am guessing a combo of airbrush and paintbrush.

That is my new favorite piece. How long did that repaint take?

Hi, no problem ![]()
White base color is white primmer from airbrush. Simple as that ![]()
Red half circle on both sides where made by freehand.
Stripes where mostly made by freehand, but to have almost straight edges I used masking tape.
For brightening edges at pannels i use scalpel to remove red paint. Than I added wash and other weathering techniques ![]()

Great! If you can do that well, maybe I have hope
That is similar to the technique I plan to use, but I don't have the money for airbrushes ![]()
