So will wave 3 be ready and legal for the UK nationals on the 13-14 August. I really want to finalise my list but I just don't know if wave 3 will have been released in the right time frame.........

Simply Put. We don't know.
But look at your Timeframes.
Normally, its 2 weeks once it hits "Shipping Now" before its Released.
In North America, it would have to be released before the 1st of July for it to be Legal on the 13th, essentially...
However, as you are outside of the United States and Canada... You should be able to contact Elvisdium, or however you spell it - your UK Exclusive Distributor, and they can tell you right away wether its going to be Legal or Not....... Its up to them, not FFG, in that case...
It could be released Tomorrow.... And they could decide that it would not be Legal if they didn't want to...
