How many times can you re-roll per attack with Darth Vader?

Can I exhaust all defense tokens to re roll more than oonce? Like if I have the final move, my ISD has it Defense tokens and I roll from long range miss,miss,miss,hit. I re roll and get a hit, miss,miss can I keep re rolling after the first re roll as long as I exhaust defense tokens

Darth Vader has a "While....." trigger. Which means, during its trigger (While Attacking ), it can be used Once, and not again, during that Same Trigger.


RRG, Page 5, Effect Use and Timing:


• A “while” effect can be resolved during the specified event and cannot occur again during that instance of the event.

This is to stop you from doing just that... Because some of the cards (such as ordnance experts), allow you to Reroll without cost... Just Reroll... So if you could resolve it multiple times, you'd not bother rolling, you'd just set everyting to maximum, because you'd get there eventually ....

That's not to say you can't Reroll a Reroll... You certainly can , but you need to find a different way of doing it... A Different Upgrade, such as Leading Shots, or the before mentioned Ordnance Experts, or something....
