this is purely for fun I'm not thinking this will win any tournaments anytime soon. thoughts?

K-Wing: · Esege Tuketu (28)

Twin Laser Turret (6)

Advanced SLAM (2)

· Jan Ors (2)

HWK-290: · Kyle Katarn (21)

Twin Laser Turret (6)

Recon Specialist (3)

· Moldy Crow (3)

X-Wing: · Garven Dreis (26)

· R5-P9 (3)

everybody gets to share focus tokens, Jan Ors allows those focus tokens to become evade tokens which means all these ships can now take evade actions , and r5 p9 allows you to use your focus tokens to regenerate shields and then garvens ability let's you give that focus tokens to somebody else. it's a big focus tokens sharing list

nothing?

That does sound fun. I've always enjoyed Rebel synergy lists. Don't forget Garven's Integrated Astromech just in case!

Jan Ors activates once per round, so you may not get as much benefit from it as you think you would. The double TLTs are good for damage output, but the HWK is incredibly fragile. I would drop Kyle down to Roark Garnet and use the extra two points for a seismic bomb on Esege.

I have a similar build that I really enjoy.

You don't need Recon Specialist on the Moldy Crow with this list. Trust me, you will have enough focus tokens on it.

The FAQ clarifies that Garven with R5-P9 can use his ability at the end of the round even if he doesn't need to regen any shields. So in the first couple of rounds, you can bank two focus tokens on the Moldy Crow—one from Kyle, and one from Garven's R5-P9.

Instead, move the Recon Specialist over to Jan Ors' seat on the K-Wing. That frees up the seat on the Moldy Crow for a crew member that can bolster the defenses of the HWK—Chewbacca, C-3PO, or R2-D2, maybe? You really want to keep the Moldy Crow in the fight as long as possible, and your opponents are really going to be gunning for it. You might need to lose the Advanced Slam on the K-Wing to get the points for this (since you want to fly in formation, you probably won't be slamming much anyway).

Here's how it will play out:

Start of combat— Esege has 2 F; Kyle has a bunch of F; Garven has either 1 F or 1 TL.

Kyle passes 1 F to Garven, who now has either 2 F, or 1 TL + 1 F.

When Garven attacks, he spends 1 F from Esege, and sends it back to Esege if the K-Wing needs it for defense, or over to Kyle to bank for later.

When Kyle attacks, he can spend either his F tokens or Esege's, depending on who will likely need theirs for defense.

You want to make sure that Garven spends all the focus tokens he has on him by the end of the round, to send them back to Kyle. Remember that you can spend the focus tokens on an attack or defense roll even if your roll has no focus results.
