A good proportion of the Pilots in X-Wing have a corresponding Crew card - but there's a few notable exceptions.

The two that spring to mind immediately for me are the two guys who occupied the gunners chairs in the Falcon at the Battle of Endor - Lt. Blount and Airen Cracken.

Not sure what abilities I'd give them - probably something that meshes well with Lando, seeing as he was flying the falcon with them on board - so something based around green maneuvers / removing stress tokens or abilities that trigger when a friendly ship performs a free action.

What other Pilots do you think have been overlooked for a Crew card counterpart?

How about this for Cracken

"Once per round, when a friendly ship at Range 1 performs a Free Action, that ship may perform an attack, it may not attack again this turn"

It kind of flips Cracken's Pilot ability on its head - which is a common theme for Crew cards with a Pilot counterpart - meshes with Lando both in terms of his pilot ability and PTL (a popular choice on Lando .... when pankcakes were a thing) - and it helps to give low PS jousters who are struggling at the moment, a much needed boost

Flipping Tycho's ability from pilot to crew could be something like:

"An enemy you have Target Locked and at range 1 at the beginning in the movement phase does not remove stress tokens from green manuveurs"

Xizor:

At the start of the combat phase, you may spend a focus token on a friendly (not another friendly) ship at range 1-2 to assign an evade token to this ship.

Someone (not me) suggested long ago that crew cards for Captain Yorr and Colonel Jendon would be cool. Good way of adding some cool synergies like they did with Jan and Kyle.

Considering that 2 out of the 3 HWK pilots all got a Crew card in later waves, it's a little odd that FFG didn't follow suit for the Lambda pilots

Etahn for sure. Could make it similar to Bossk's pilot ability or something.

Scum crew Lando and Han but like that will hapen we still don't have them for scum pilots.

As awesome as that would be, it would be extremely anti-fluffy. The Rebellion would never waste Wedge's skills by not having him in the cockpit.

Take inspiration from the EU and have a General Wedge who functions as a commander - with abilities that best boost a force as a whole, rather than one ship.

I think a Xizor ability pretty similar to his ship ability would be nice. Xizor was a ruthless SOB. IMO, he needs an ability that both hurts and helps similar to his pilot version or Vader crew.

If you would ever receive more than one stress token you may remove stress tokens until you only have one.

Having a master pilot like soontir in the cockpit would help the pilot stay calm
