Hey everybody!

I started a blog about donuts... thedonutquest.com.

So what does it have to do it Armada... well, donuts have nothing to do with Armada... well, maybe as part of Biggs' Breakfast Squadron.

I know it can be difficult to get a ticket to Worlds and finances may prevent some of you from traveling to bigger events like Regionals, etc...

So, in my quest to find donuts, I'll be traveling every few months to a different city in the US.

Be cool to meet, chat and play with this awesome community while I'm there.

I'm heading to Atlanta in July but it's for work and I need to drive peeps around... be cool to say hi at DaVinci's Donuts!

Breakfast Squadron is the most important Squadron of any tournament day.

New Orleans: Sept 26 (MNF vs Falcons)... so late September... I think I'll be heading here next. I want to try out "District: Donuts. Sliders. Brew" and of course, Cafe Du Monde.

A quick Google search... I see Games Workshop... any Armada guys out there?

Yes, Blue Star (basil chocolate) has been the best donut I've ever had! I was at Voodoo Donuts many years back and the Maple Bacon Bar was the best donut I had at the time.

As for the Pacific Northwest, I need to hit General Porpoise (Seattle) and Donut Byte Labs (Portland).

You guys have an active meta so I'll have to set aside a day for Armada. I'll keep you guys (and Schmitty) too when I eventually head out there!

I'm big into volleyball... I believe Omaha hosts a lot of the Women's NCAA... I'll have to keep you in mind if I had out there for the Finals.

I love freaking Austin... however, I hear Houston has a lot of cuisine... I'm Vietnamese and I hear that Houston is the place to be for asian food in Texas. Hopefully, you guys recovered from the floods?

Southern California (Orange County, to be exact) is where I am at. We have a Donut Shop called Zombee Donuts, which is like a so-cal permutation of Voodoo Donuts in Portland. Been to both, and the resemblance is shocking but I hold that Zombee offers the slightly better taste. Additionally, within 15 minutes you can hit two stores with active Armada communities, and the location of the So Cal regional is only about 25 minutes from the spot. Plus, Disney = 20 minutes, Beach = 30 minutes, Downtown LA (too much crap to mention) = 45 minutes, Mountains = 90 minutes, Palm Springs = 120 minutes. Pretty much anything you could ever want to do is closer than Palm Springs. So think about checking it out. And if you are here, hit me up for a game or 3, would love to play against you.
