- Sabine Wren

- Cluster Mines (or Conner Net)

- Extra Munitions

Biggs - XWing (26)

- R4-D6

- Integrated Astromech

Tycho - AWing (35)

man you are loading poor Thane down :(

speaking from experience, the ability to fart mines while at a stand-still is going to help you about once in every thousand games. In Thane's case, you basically have to hope someone's park right on his ass while combat's going down to get any use of it

now, granted, Thane has a cool ability that you want to abuse the crap out of with Biggs, but there's only so much you can do effectively even if you stuff him full of action upgrades. Ordnance actually might not be the worst idea, but the best you can get with torpedoes is Plasmas with a focus to modify them (APTs if you're nuts)

I believe you'd be better off without sabine on him (trust me, not a statement I make lightly) and then using the 6 points to switch tycho out for a more intimidating late game (or 4 points to tycho and give Thane a tail gunner)

If I knew what the ACTION: torpedoes did, I could reconmend those instead

Yeah im waiting to see those but with Biggs there i figure Thane should get 2 free actions a turn. A boost or Roll, to drop a bomb, or even a Boost, Roll AND a Bomb in any order? Not to mention that boost comes with a free Target lock for his now hopefully R1 attack.

I know Biggs wont last forever, but im at least gonna give this a go when it releases.

biggs should be good for 3 shots of boost, roll and bomb

problem is mostly whether or not you'll keep all the relevant enemies in arc as you snake up towards someone

Yeah there's gonna be some skill involved, i know its not an auto-fly list but at least if i roll off the first shot, i can get into an R7-T1 situation for the next shot and then maybe a bomb afterwards, and of course ive got my own action to use in my turn too.

Gonna have to see the dial to see how i can make the most of this, as well as the additional cards we haven't had spoiled yet. Could be worth the 39 points.

First, I'm uncertain: Is Vectored Thrusters worth it over Autothrusters on Tycho? Being able to barrel roll is certainly very useful for an ace, but AT is always worth considering for the defensive boost. On the other hand, this Tycho won't be k-turning ever so the vectors are certainly an option. Just wanted to raise the question.

I also have to agree with Ficklegreendice about Sabine. You've currently got 8 points tied up in Sabine + Connor Nets + Extra Munitions. Now, I can certianly see it being useful; but the thing is, your opponents will be aware of it and will be able to play around it. Sure, it's a pretty wide area of effect, but there's still a lot of pieces that have to fall into place, and it's a lot less viable once Biggs bites the bucket (which he will, being biggs). Your maneuverability for barrel rolling with the nets is also pretty limited if you want Biggs to keep protecting Thane. There's a couple things you could do instead to free up some points: in addition to the Tail Gunner Ficklegreendice mentioned, you could go with 3P0 for defense, Lando for another action option, or maybe a Tactician (it's always good on a ship with multiple arcs, particularly one with Thane's potential repositioning).
