I feel like there should be somewhat fewer Eta-2 Actis interceptors and somewhat more V-wings, the Eta-2 being a somewhat rare bird geared chiefly toward pilots with significant Force-enhanced awareness (although I could easily see them being marketed after the Clone Wars as racing fighters - and while they might see some heavy modification by wealthier rebels and criminals and the like to make them combat capable, it would be an awful lot of money to dump into a fighter that likely wouldn't perform any better than an A-Wing, probably cost more - and still wouldn't have a hyperdrive), while the V-wing was super common and likely dirt cheap especially once the Empire started surplus'ing them as TIEs came online.

The Millennium Falcon itself was being used by the EU Rebellion about a decade before ANH - by some of the owners that had it before Lando.

X-WINGS came in right before ANH and my view is that we are building a Early Fleet that happens maybe ten'ish years before that time. The VCX-100 in that picture is not The GHOST in my mind... but it could be if you wanted to go right up to REBELS.

The NOPE Ships: ... and I would not use some of the named pilots from the the expansions we are using either if you went ten'ish years back.

Now if you wanted to go right up to REBELS then yeah; all of the heroes could be used pretty much and you could sneak in a B-WING say.
