I've been thinking of Unhinged exclusively on Manaroo, but I might give R5-Pete a try on her. Overclocked and Dampeners on Dengar sounds great.
How do you Dengaroo?
I'm 2-4 with dengaroo so far. I'm messing up my flying and losing line wolf. Secondly, Miranda shooting a torpedo at 6 dice or a missile at 7 dice kills dengaroo very fast. I am gonna keep on flying dengaroo until I get the hang of it.
I'm actually really warming up to this list and will take it to an upcoming tournament to see if I can pull it off. I'm toying with the idea of putting deadeye and advanced homing torpedoes on Dengar for that extreme double tapping alpha strike at range one, but it might be hard to pull off and I think I'll miss LW in the mid and end game. Gonk and R5-P8 on Miranda is a staple for me now.
For Manaroo I like using Unhinged Astromech. I find that having those extra green movements make a difference on her, especially the right turn.
I have to say after yesterday I'm sold on the pain bot on manaroo. Two games out of 5 she won me my games. One game the pain bot killed a 1 hull palob, and feedback killed a 1 hull guri in the same round.
Game five at the top table she single handedly took out fel with feedback. In another game it was her vs a gonk manaroo, and the pain bot helped keep his shield Regen in check (somewhat) close games, but I have to say I've seen manaroo pull of some crazy stuff
