Welcome back! I don't like Rec Spec with Lone Wolf because if you have to barrel roll then you don't get any use out or Rec Spec. With PtL you would get more consistent use out of Rec Spec. And honestly I think Kanan / Kyle both give better action economy on Dash than Rec Spec. Also not a fan of Stealth Device on any ship that isn't an Interceptor, and especially not when you're sacrificing engine upgrade on Dash. Your second list is a pretty standard Dash/Lothal that has seen some success recently.

Regarding your FVP build, the rise of new aces like the Inquisitor and Omega Leader (and extreme budget ace Wampa) and a resurgence in Whisper usage have largely chased away Vader. Carnor Jax is also seeing a lot of play as a counter to the Uboat craze. Vader is a little on on the squishy side relative to these new options, even with the Stealth Device that you have used instead of the usual Engine Upgrade. Some good options with the Palp shuttle are Fel/Inquisitor, Whisper/Omega Leader, and Fel/Omega Leader/Wampa.

I don't play palp aces (I play swarms currently) - but the most popular iteration right now and the one used by top tier palp aces player Jeremy Howard is:

Fel with Push the Limit, Title, Autothrusters, Stealth Device

Inquisitor with Push the Limit, Title, Autothrusters

Palp shuttle with Sensor Jammer

Your list 3 is not bad. a friend of mine runs something similar but instead of Soontir he runs Vessery? i think though a defender with tractor beam and the new title. It is a nice list.

For a palp aces list i do use this:

Soontir with autothrusters ,title, ptl , (depending on mood) stealth device or hull upgrade

Inquisitor with autothrusters ,title, proton rockets, ptl

Omicron pilot with Palp for 99 points.

Either one have their uses, but i think that if you can pull off the 5 dice hit on a target they will most likely be dead or very close to it. And as you know a dead target cant fire back
