Yep, usually alternating with "We are unable to process your credit card payment."

But it was too fast, so how do one register in that case? I get this as well.

Is anyone managing to book their tickets?

That's happening almost constantly due to the high volume. You can keep spamming the button, but then all I seem to be able to get once one attempt does appear to get through is a we were unable to process your card message (meaning the system is still struggling, I tried 2 different cards etc.)

I can't wait to see the @#$%storm over registration this year.

I think the site they are using is having issues handling the volume of people. I'm also getting the declined card message when it goes past this initial issue.

30 in 10 seconds?

I bet at 8 am they had 10,000+ calls in 10 seconds

Has anyone actually signed up successfully? I've tried xwing and imperial assault, same error messages on both (same pay link I'm sure)

I was able to register for X-Wing quickly, but no go for IA.

just got in. I refreshed the whole page and resent the form (whether that had anything to do with it- i don't know)

That is the message I was getting. I hope this gets addressed soon. This is my first ever attempt a a tournament. I would hate to miss it because of a technicality.

Registration links now closed, but I finally got mine paid for. It would error out every 15 or so seconds, and finally went through. Registration link for IA now closed too...

Might as well just do a lottery to see who gets to go to world's. Would be roughly as effective.

A lottery wouldn't be a bad idea. Have everyone sign up, then they run the lottery to tell you if you got in.

Well, IA closed on me, but I did get an X-wing registration which was most important. So there's the Hanger Bay on Saturday assuming I don't try back for IA on another day.

Who let the person that let the cluster mines pass inspection, set up the payment system for worlds?

They are pausing registration and will open it back up soon. nothing more im afraid. I will keep an eye on it for you all and post as soon as I see something.
