There is power armor in the system but it isn't handle much different than regular armor. Should be in the .... defender book, if I recall correctly. That is about as close as it gets. If you want it to be vehicle tough like in the anime then you need to kinda start from scratch using the vehicle rules and home bru all the things.

Dangerous Covenants actually. soak 3 def 1 or 2 and is only 3 encumberance; though that increases to like 8/12 the moment it shorts out, and has a limited opperation time per charge I believe, has a natural brawn stat boost.
