I was fortunate enough to place in top 8 of our local regional championship this weekend!

Unfortunately, the cluster mine tokens were of the over sized variety.

I've seen images online of properly sized ones and am curious as to how people went about getting them?

I don't think there was anything officially announced by FFG, but people on the forums have said that the stores were issued replacements that they were supposed to get to the people given the oversized tokens.

That's what a friend says he read somewhere.

I'm hoping to get confirmation that it's the correct procedure from a player or store that got the corrected tokens.

The store's stance seems to be that the players need to contact FFG directly.

I have written to FFG's support and am awaiting a response.

Contact the store where you won them, thats what FFG OP posted on Facebook.

Edit: Whoops, didn't read your newest post. I guess that sucks. I hope FFG helps you by giving you something to convince the store that it is in the wrong.

Any X-Wing™ player that played in a 2016 Regional Championship and received oversized cluster mine tokens, stores are now receiving correct versions.

I got an email back from Asmodee and FFG saying that they had sent the replacements to the store and that the store must make arrangements to ship it to you. In saying that, I won some in the US and live in Canada. It took a while for the store to get the tokens from FFG, but they shipped them to me. So, you must contact the store directly. I would say if there's a problem after that, ask FFG to send you some or tokens of equal value. You won them fair and square and they're not usable.
