100!
and 4 IGs, used once in a 200 pts game and intending to use more in future epic games (with a C-ROC to make huge ships mandatory, thus fun).
BenSkywalker! How dare you only have three T-65 X-Wings?
Just realized that I now have 119 ships!
I'm trying to think how I passed 100? It must've been when I bought the third copy of Most Wanted...
And now I'm realizing I need a second Raider and a second Ghost...
I once had 61 ships. Now i am down to 12. Not enough time to play and not anyone of my close friends was playing the game were the main reasons to cut back on the game.
Now i can field two rather weak 100 point squds and can expand both with two epic ships each up to 300 point. The epic ships were just too beautiful to sell. Also kept the original starter and an X-Wing expansion for Wedge.
I bought a number of core sets a while back when they were super cheap ($15). As a result, I have 32 TIE Fighters (a mix of regular and FO varieties). Why 32? Because I have been running two simultaneous Heroes of the Aturi Cluster campaigns at my local game store. I was able to sell off parts from the core sets (like dice and damage decks) to cover my original purchase, so it's not as extravagant as you might think...
To go with those 32 TIE Fighters I also have 1 of each Epic (and two Rebel Transports). Heroes suggests one of each non TIE Fighter per every two players, and with up to 12 potential players, that gave me the need excuse to buy extra stuff. At maximum I might need 6 of each, so to properly prepare
I have 8 Bombers, 8 Advanced, 8 Defenders, 5 Phantoms, 3 Lambdas and 2 Decimators. If I have done the math right, that's 66 ships just for Heroes support. I also have a number of other Imperial ships not used for the base Heroes campaign, as well as a representation of Rebel and Scum forces.
I don't think I want to know the exact number of ships I have currently... ![]()
I need to take a new picture, cause my old one is several waves old now...
It's missing my 2 Strikers and 2 Aggressors.

Agreed. I have about 50 Armada ships on top of the x-wing so when we moved into a new house I went on ahead and picked up some Ikea displays at a good price. It a actually works out better now because I have so many that my wife doesn't notice when I buy more. I should crack 200 around wave 15.

If legion had released at x-wing scale I would have went out and bought my FLGS out of t65s, t70s, uwings, and strikers.

I forgot to list 16 TIE Interceptors... brings me up to 82 ships just for playing Heroes...
Here's a shot that shows all of my TIE Fighters and just the dials for most of the rest of my Imperial fleet. Someone earlier mentioned the ratio of TIE Fighters to the rest of the squad. Mine is quite high, but on purpose. Really, I need them. Need them all. *nods head vigorously*
