Solo Play Resources?

By AT Leader, in X-Wing

Can anyone recommend some good solo missions from Mission Control or know of any other good resources for single player fun/training?

I would do Vassal but I am limited to an iPad for the time being.

EDIT: Mention that Vassal isn't an option.....

Heroes of the Aturi Cluster has a good solo play mechanic. It's worth a look.

It's buggy and the AI is no substitute for a human opponent, but Squadron Benchmark is still a pretty fun way to pass the time.

I didn't know HotAC had a solo mechanic...that might be right up my alley!

I waste time on this when I can, but I am limited to an iPad to play and it tends to crash 4-5 turns in. Once I can get a new computer I plan on this and Vassal.

Oh it crashes on computers too! Not quite as often, though. :)

Why would you only play as Han Solo?

What would be AMAZING was if I could have Squadron Benchmark as an iOS app!

Anyone know of any apps for iOS?

If you play dolo i recommend runing 3 ships if you have the collection to support

It

I haven't had time to try it out yet but there is an App called 'Mark 13: X-Wing Solo AI' you can download from Google Play. I'm not sure if it's available on iPhone or not. Might be worth a look if you have enough ships to field two squads.

I just discovered: http://s-fear.com/xwing/index.htm

I haven't used it yet, but is anyone on the forum familiar with this link vs HotAC? I've downloaded the HotAC files, but haven't gotten around to having them professionally printed yet...

That's been updated since the last time I looked (I think) but is still missing some of the newer ships.
