09-16: 4 Rounds, No Cut
17-24: 4 Rounds, Cut Top 4
25-40: 5 Rounds, Cut Top 4
Brief:
All "Unique Pilot/Upgrade Cards" are banned (these are the cards that have a dot next to the name). All Non-Unique Pilot/Upgrade cards become unique. What this means is, you can only have 1 Crack Shot, only 1 Academey Pilot, etc.
