do you get a move and attack or just one or the other??

By default one maneuver and one action. The maneuver could be a move, equip an item something else... you can boost the number of maneuvers you take through fatigue. But you can only ever take one action, which will be something card based.

Agree with Kryyst; however, there are a few action cards that let you take another action. There are also cards that grant a free maneuver if a certain number of boons are rolled.

Also note, maneuvers can be done througout your action. So you can use a maneuver to move, use an action card and then use maneuvers to draw a new weapon or move away. But as stated all future maneuvers beyond the free one must be earned or paid for with Fatigue.
