I just noticed that only 12 of 14 Upgrade cards has been revealed on the Liberty preview
The first is a support team
The second is a "Skilled something something" with one or two Rebel officers on it. (same uniform as Madine)
Has anyone seen or heard anything about them???

The problem is, the LIberty Expansion did not update the Picture, and instead, uses the Preview picture, rather than the Whole Spread...
The Assumption is that it is this:
Support Team - Flight Coordination Team, as per the Interdictor.
Skilled Something - It will be the Skilled First Officer, as per the Interdictor, but it instead shows different, incorrect, perhaps pre-release art....
The reason why this conclusion was postulated was that, for the purposes of the List Building Competition, we need to know everything about the cards that are available in order to fairly make that. There is nothing intentionally held back by FFG at this point, by their own admission.
Ergo, this is the only combination of cards that will allow that to happen, without adding additional unknown cards, or treading over territory already done (such as assuming the face-down support card is Engine Techs)...
We did discuss it in the Liberty Thread itself... But, y'know. That threads a Self-Regenerating Zillo Beast of a Monster, and people can be forgiven for not diving down its throat... 
It makes sense that they share cards
Only a few cards are ever for those ships only
If there are any upgrades not already in the pack, it is probably cards that have already been released and wouldn't need to be spoiled to be used in the competition. this would explain why Engineering Technicians aren't included, even though they are clearly in the card fan of one of the ships.

You're right about the support team, and it is likely a double from the Interdictor pack, with maybe a slightly less probability of it doubling an old card.
The second card that was not mentioned in the preview is clear in the picture: Its the MS-1 Ion upgrade, which was likely not discussed because it doubles from the Interdictor pack.
I think the interdictor article also says there are reissues of previous cards (pretty sure leading shots is in it, which is always a cool card).

The Interdictor also has Flight Controllers, which is an absolutely great card for having a reissuance.
