Hello,

I am new to playing X-Wing and have recently purchased some expansion packs, including the Y-Wing. I purchased this item with the intention to bomb the crap out of the oposition. Those with more expierence probabally know I was surprised to open it and find that the classic Rebel bomber lacked the ability to bomb things. This is where I sad face and you laugh.

Right now I'm having a decent run with double turrets from the K-Wing expansion in place of the ion turret that came with the Y-Wing package. I am considering purchasing the Scum set with the Y-Wing and Z-95s for the Y-Wing modification they have available, but it still isn't what I wanted to use this ship for. My question is, are there any modification cards that would allow me to make my Y-Wing a bomber? If so, what expansion do I need to buy to pilfer these cards from?

Furthermore, besides the K-Wing (which I do enjoy), are there any other reliable Rebel bombers? The K-Wing is a tank but filling it up cost half of my points, severely limiting me after my Y-Wing set up.
