Biggest problem with a VSD isn't the speed or armaments. It's that it can't use an ECM, and is left hanging there with no defense tokens.

Not to sidebar this discussion but interesting trends have emerged after 4 waves here. Defensive retrofit is practically a rebel only slot, so is the evade and thus TRC. Support teams were almost rebel exclusive, the Interdictor changed that considerably. The Imperials of course have a much higher black die count, more plentiful weapons team slots, and now the exclusivity of the experimental retrofit slot. This isn't a complaint, just an observation.

Getting back to the accuracy, brace issue... Imperials have and will continue to accept that weakness. Even though I love my upgunned 155 ish pt ISD2, I'm interested to see how 2 VSDs will do in it's place.
