Nope. Ryad's ability only works when you reveal a straight maneuver. There is no reveal when you are ionized.

"When you reveal a [straight] maneuver, you may treat it as a [Koiogran] maneuver."

Unless I'm much mistaken, resolving a 1 straight from being ionized doesn't count as revealing a maneuver, and thus the Countess cannot trigger her ability.

That's not correct though. R2 Astromech and Nien Nunb DO allow stress clearance on ionisation, because they don't mention 'when you reveal a manoeuvre' they just say 'you may treat all $manoeuvres as green', which includes the manoeuvres from ionisation and Daredevil if applicable.
