In the initial speculation tread I said that it could be speed 3 with a weird movement!

I think Targeting Scrambler would be perfect if it was defending at close to medium range. Against so many threats they will be shooting at you from long and medium range anyway. Maybe have an ISD1 that is coming straight at the enemy speed 3 and have the Interdictor behind to use this ability but for the most part I think it is way too situational to be of use.
I keep trying to come up with some nice fleets taking advantage of the Interdictor but you run out of points so fast and the fleet always has some holes somewhere.

It protects versus squadrons, MC30's and Gladiators. It even helps your Demolisher survive if it is still in close range and is being attacked. Combined with the title and you can get some impressive milage
Wave V will be a Death Star. It will come with a mallet. It won't throw dice. After round 3 and before round 5, you can simply smash one Liberty with the mallet shattering it into 1000's of pieces. It will be fun to watch and great for sales. Of course, it will be susceptible to Luke's squadron making the Liberty Luke build a requirement in the meta.

Wouldn't a Luke sans Liberty build be better? Impotent Star Destroyer!
That's only fair if the Death Star comes with a stick of dynamite so when Luke blows it up, it looks right
