When I have equipped the ghost with an autoblaster turret and the docked phantom with a TLT, can I choose which one of the turrets I fire during the second shot?

No. The Phantom title refers to the turret equipped to the Ghost only.

Be weary in the latest faq when firing tlt with the Ghost title you can only shoot it once. You cannot perform the attack twice.

Something I found out, but still useful if you have tactician on there to hand out two stress
