Same. Makes practicing a nightmare. Their legailty will be within or outside the regionals dates by a day or 3 at most. Grrrrr

I highly doubt Wave 3 will be part of regional action. I'd like to think this is by design so as to not upset tournament play. This is why I think Wave 3 isn't in stores yet.

Still, given the contest sure seems like it can't be much long for Wave 3. I would be really surprised if wave 4 wasn't available and part of the next round of tournament championships etc this fall.

Well, if its not going to be Legal for Regional Play, then... It won't be Released until the last week of July.

I think at that point it will have been more than a year since wave 2 was released.
