If yes, how to do that?

Or just they looking around BGG.com?

I got some ideas of Post-apo themed game (i'm in early stage of development) and i think that it could be interesting.

"Fallout" license would be a extremely nice add

Game for [1] to [8] players, development of settlements, seasons changing environment, multi-economy with no currency, different style of play: trade, fight, isolation, resource production; "system" controlled settlemens by special deck of cards, little dice use - like in WoW:TBG - buying with resources and roll with reroll when fighting then compare with some treshold value - count success.

If you check the Contacts link down at the bottom left of any FFG site pages, they state that they don't accept any unsolicited board, card or writing submissions. So unless they somehow find out about you and actually want to get in touch with you, I think you're out of luck...
