Debris Fields - where from?

By Farseerixirvost, in X-Wing

What set(s) do Debris Fields come in?

and the raider. but I believe the raider debris is only used in a specific senario. don't know why those pieces aren't tourney legal.

Because the Tournament rules forbid them.

And they are freaking gigantic.

And they are freaking gigantic.

ah, that could be why. though I don't feel like they are that much bigger at all.

They didn't want people to have to buy the Raider just to get one item to make your Squad tournament-level...oh wait

Well, it's the answer. They're not legal because they're not legal, there's no particular game reason why that should be except just maybe their size - but it's not like big obstacles don't exist already.

The standard legal ones are in the Wave 5 Expansion packs so the VT-49 Decimator and the YT-2400.

The Raider comes with 3 debris cloud tokens that are not legal for standard but are legal for epic. However you would want to take regular asteroids if you are using huge ships since huge ships treat all obstacles as the same.
