That is my exact guess. For the Experimental Retrofit, not the officer.
Why would the combat version be less? Only reason I could think of is if it got 2 Officer upgrades and 2 Experimental upgrades. . . .My Interdictor guesses:
Suppression Retrofit better be 90.
Combat Retrofit = 78
Speed = 2
The Combat Refit is the ship shown on the base, and it can't possibly justify an 80-90 point investment even with the upgrades described. But a premium in place of taking a second Interdictor makes lots of sense for 90 points and also explains the second title.
The Combat Retrofit could have Double officer slots. The reason I even guess that is because of all the officer cards in the preview. Before the fact down Commander, there are possibly of them and 2 are unique. I dont remember any set that had that many different officers. So if there was a ship that had double officer slots, it could be the Interdictior since it was a Command and Control ship at times.
