I introduced a friend to X-Wing at the group we have at work this week. We played 120pts, 2v1 with me helping him and one of the other guys providing opposition. As he's played a lot of war games before I gave him four black crack ties and backed him up with the Inquisitor and Omega Leader. We were taking on regen Poe, psycho Tycho wi prockets and two TLT Y-Wings. Having lost one TIE in the first round of shooting he put another at range 1 behind two TLT Y-Wings and blocked Poe and Tycho. The turn after he Crackshoted Poe off the board with a huge grin on his face.

Things like that rather than any individual victories are the things that stick in my mind.

They guy taking 5 minutes for one dial conviently placing the last dial right after time was called, rolled less then average and lost his two remaining ships to complete blackouts to get me the win as time expired.

I ran a 2v2 mini tournament for I'm Your Father's Day. I bring my 5 year old daughter and have her pick the moves and roll the dice for 3 rounds. She's ends up scoring more kills than everyone else there and we end up winning. Not so much the winning, but the reaction of a grown man's face when he sees that my 5 year old girl has just rolled 3 crits and 1 hit naturally (only to repeat it all night long).

When I got the raider, I decided to run Palp on Oiciunn with Sabatouer. I managed to bump Soontir, and I used the title to action Sabatouer, Palp'd it's result to a Direct Hit. Then Soontir moved and bumped me, which I Anti Pursuit lasered successfully, killing him. I was so happy.
