Would anyone know where I could find more information and stats on Grox? The internet hasn't got a lot.

They're given in both Dark Heresy Core 347, Dark Heresy II Core 400, as well as Only War - Hammer of the Emperor. 138.

That looks a lot like a creature from the DH2 core set, but the core book creature is HUGE. Doesn't look a thing like a grazing animal either.
