Keen edge states that "Each attack you perform with a blade or axe weapon gains pierce 1" I want to attack with the weapon Bone blade which already gains pierce 1 on the card......So does the bone blade stack and now do pierce 2? Or does Keen Edge cancel out with it?

Yes, Pierce stacks. Your attacks will have Pierce 2. See page 13 of Core Rulebook for source.

I assumed it stacked but wasn't sure.
