I've been eyeing the IG a lot... but I'm not really interested in buying two. is it worth it to only buy the one?

Absolutely, I've been getting a lot of use out of only having one. (A slim IG-88B build has been a good wingman for Dengar for me.)

Plus, if the IG-88 crew card in the Shadow Caster lets you use the IG's ability on other ships, then it's even better.

Yea definitely agree with the 2nd part. If the Crew works that way, 1 will be great

IG-88C is a great standalone ship, as well. I've been toying with some 3-ship squads using C and it's been great, so far.

If Jarval is right and IG-88 crew works like the IG-2000 title then Yes it is DEFINITELY worth just one. Can you imagine Kath or any Firespray with 88 and a IG-88B. If he isnt then youll defintiely want to get a second IG-88.

I only bought one. I've had fun running it alongside Boba. I'm sure he'd work great with Dengar too.

And with the crew in the Shadowcaster coming that should be plenty to make just one work out.

I ran this setup with "B" and Boba for several months. I'd keep IG-B at distance and get VI Boba in close. It worked great for Boba to strip shields at PS10 and then IG-B to throw the HLC action. I went 3-3 at last year's local regional, I would have done much better if I was a better pilot... :/

My brother runs a mindlinked B, Guri, Kaato list. It is a tough list to crack. B is free to Sloop at will since Guri and Kaato can give him a focus with ease. Or B always ends with a focus (from mindlink), TL (from FCS), and evade (from action).

I have been running IG-88B teamed up with Kath and ruining the current meta in my area. So 1 IG is a must, I never bought another one since I put this list together.

I wondered the same thing, and I have to say the Aggressor is an awesome ship just by itself - that's why having two of them is a very competitive build.

An IG w/ Sensor Jammer plus Palob is an awesome combo.

It's an awesome ship on its own. Don't ask to borrow a friend's to run twins before you're ready to buy another though, they're addictive.

A lone Iggy works fine. It is still a great ship if you pair it up with another one of Scum's good ships.

I've also done the slim IG alongside Denfar. I preferred C myself and would love to run it some more with and Iggy crew so Denfar can have some juicy evade tokens..

I now finally have 2 and they are great in a pair but one can certainly get work done and be fun to fly.
