Tractor swarm

A bit of a wacky list I've been thinking about recently. I want to try scum out using only small ships. I dont expect that this will bust open the meta, but would it be competetive enough to be fun?

The concept is pretty obvious. The tractor beams fire first and try to maneuvre a small ship into a better position with -1AG for the Zs to hit it and hopefully overcome some of the problems associated with only having 2 red dice. It was a bit of a toss up between stealth device and upgrading to tansarii veterans, but I figured that generally the extra green dice would be more useful than the extra PS (although there is an EPT slot that might allow me to do something nifty).

It's also got 4 points left to play with, I'm not sure what the best use would be for those points, some sort of missile on one of the Z's? Or tracers all round? I'm pretty open to all ideas as I think it would be quite fun to play with so any marginal gains are welcome.

For the same points, a hull upgrade is probably better in the current meta than stealth device. Crackshot swarms will give you problems. PS wise, all your ships go after u-boats. There's a reasonable chance that your M3A's will be gone by the time you'd get to shoot against u-boats.

I like the idea of the list. I think you need to do some fine tuning. Since I haven't flown anything like it, I really have no advice on how to improve it.
