Rogue One character details, includes Clone Wars character

By R22, in X-Wing

This may have been discussed in the Rebels thread but after (an admittedly lazy) check I didn't see it so I thought I'd provide it. The first link is just a series of concise bios on characters, as found in the recent Entertainment Weekly issue. Some interesting stuff in there, particularly the idea that the Death Star is such a threat it unites with the Rebel Alliance groups more radical than they are really comfortable with associating with usually. Also a nice Don Quixote reference.

Forest Whitaker's character is drawn from the Clone Wars and gets a developed article that is nicely done as well. His character implies some nice more mature depth about the nature of war -- something I want as a member of the pro-gritty Star Wars movies camp.

And, for fun, GQ's article on the need for gritty Star Wars movies. I know the reshoots of Rogue One probably cut that out. ****.

Waiting patiently to see the re-envisioned Jan Ors / Kyle Katarn story...

Whoops I mean Jyn Orsu / Cassian Andor story.
