My store is hold a escalation league and I was wondering if I ran the vcx-100 with the ghost title and the attack shuttle with the Phantom title if it is still considered fielding 2 ships even though they are docked together.

Ask yourself "how many ship cards do I need?" and I think you'll have your answer.
