If a ship collides with a ship that's been hit with ion cannon turret can it still move the 1 straight maneuver?

The ionized ship will attempt the 1 straight and almost certainly bump as well if anything is blocking that area. You'd resolve it the same was as though you were actually intending to perform a 1 straight.

Just like if you reveal a green maneuver and collide, but still remove stress, or attempt a K-turn and collide, but still receive stress.

its a regular maneuver, the difference is its not from an assigned dial so ships that normally cant do that still do it and cant proc any "before revealing.." or "after revealing.." effects off their dial because there wasnt one.

The movement itself is the same as any other.
