No, because you can't perform the same action more than once per round. She could Boost from her pilot ability, then PtL to Barrel Roll, then perform her maneuver, though.

As long as the maneuver selected wasn't red. Do a green move and you'll clear the stress and be able to perform a third action. PTL Sabine + Kyle Katan crew is incredibly action efficient.

Admittedly, the Attack Shuttle's relatively sparse Action Bar somewhat limits your flexibility, there, but you can easily wind up with two Focuses and an Evade, assuming you have a valid place to Boost or Barrel Roll pre-maneuver.
