IG88B w/ PTL, advanced sensors, title, autothrusters, internal dampeners & mangler = 49

IG88C w/ PTL, advanced sensors, title, autothrusters & HLC = 51

It's nasty. Highly maneuverable, hard to hit, good amount of hit points and can deal a lot of damage.
