Would a 4,000-year-old ship really be able to hold up against more modern ships, though?

Anyway, HK47 is still great!
Tough to pick just one, even one per faction. This'll probably change in a week, but right now:
Rebels: Recon-X. Gives FFG a platform for X Wing titles and fixes, plus potential support abilities, which I really like.
Empire:TIE Scout. As above, as a support ship.
Scum: As much as I love the Cloakshape and Skipray Blastboat, I think I have to go with the Preybird. The potential for a missile-only rear arc would make for some fun strategies, especially if the pilot abilities were built with that in mind.
Rebel: *cricket noise*

Scum: Action VI Bulk Freighter (epic); Scum version of Skipray & Preybird; R-41; Marauder Corvette (epic);
Rebels: T-65R "Snoopscoot" (recon) as mentioned above. Great idea on the "platform for X Wing titles and fixes, plus potential support abilities", MacchuWA.
Though I'd also love to see the StealthX, with only unique pilots. Luke Skywalker, Mara Jade Skywalker, Corran Horn, Jaina Solo. Jedi Shadow bombs would be pretty cool.
Scum: Cloakshape Fighter or A-9 Vigilance Interceptor. I dig the outdated fighters for scum, and these two go way back into the EU (as do I).
Imperial: Personally, I'm okay with the endless TIE variants, but I wouldn't mind the Missile Boat -- or the Skipray.
Rogue Shadow for all three. I'd make it a cross-faction ship as well as the first large base ship to use a cloaking device.
And it fits the time line of the game more or less.

Empire: TIE Oppressor, Gunboat, or maybe TIE Vanguard for a support ship roll... or a Chiss Clawcraft though it doesn't fit the aesthetics as much?
Scum: Dunno, not well enough versed! 2000 crossover would be interesting and give yet another large ship to scum.

I have not read the comics, played the video games or watched the animated series (plan to soon though) but I've read about 90% of the books.
Only small ship from the books that I find interesting is the Skypray. Could even be the first all faction ship.
For huge I would love the Wilde Karde. Its ugly, unweildy and highly customizable. The perfect ship for smugglers and pirates. I want it to be cheap and useless by itself but with a ton of ways to upgrade it to make it whatever kind of ship you want.
Oh, Scum V-wing would be interesting... cast-offs sold on the open market? Q7 astrodroids as well haha

Nothing but those from the new movies.
Revised pilots and cards for the ships we have is more important.
But as Figures some ships would be nice even thought they would be redundant game wise.
For Imperials - An Avenger Model would be nice. Its really the equivalent of the TIE advanced. In this game they mass produced the TIE/AD but in the EU lore it was the Avenger that saw mass production where there was really only Vaders TIE as the TIE advanced.
For Rebels - The Jedi Delta-7b, Effectively its an A-wing clone/variant but looks cool.
For Scum - Rihkxyrk assault fighter. More Black sun stuff, and looks cool
Revised pilots and ship is never going to happen.
Scum: Kasmiri (Could be a defender like ship for Scum)
Rebels: Tallanx Stealth Fighter (some sneaky shenanigans for the rebel scum rather than just joustin)
Imperial: TIE Hunter (T-70 like stats for the IMPs capable of Torps, boost, and 3 primary)

Rebel - T-85 X-wing
Imperial - TIE Avenger (though the Gunboat would be an extremely close second)
Scum - Skypray Blastboat
Gunboat.
Rebels:
N-1 with Leia, Shara Bey, and Naboo Queen
Imperials:
TIE Aggressor (turret slot Tie, maybe crew slot as well)
Scum:
Skipray Blastboat with Mara Jade and Kenix Kil (heavy strike craft with cannon, missile, crew, astromech slots, multiple speed K turns)
I'll be honest, i really, REALLY do NOT want the Empire to get the gunboat. Yet.
What i'm afraid will happen is the same thing that happened with the JM5K. A ship that out of nowhere had the best prospects to use ordnance, and was so amazing at it that it rapidly forced many ships out of the meta.
The Empire can get the gunboat, but ONLY if at the same time all factions were able to bring other ordnance carriers onto par with it, so that the Empire of all factions(the one that canonically used by far the least amount of ordnance craft) didn't have the best ordnance carrier. Don't act like it's not possible, either, because Palpatine can EASILY make up for the loss of the R4 Agromech. All it would take is a generic with an EPT, and a good dial.
I'd be fine with a wave that focuses on ordnance for all factions, and that's when the Empire could get it's Gunboat.
Honestly, though, i'm not really sure i see the Empire getting a gunboat anytime soon. It's been, what, 5 waves since people first started asking for it, and it's still not here. I'm not sure it'll ever arrive at this point.
For my craft wishlist, though....
Rebels: T-85 X-Wing. I just want to see what it looks like if nothing else. That or the N1.

Empire: Who cares.
I don't want new ships. There are already plenty. What I want is to see moribund pilots and ships reinvigorated to the point where as many as possible are viable.
In my opinion, it is a travesty that there are so few pilots that are truly competitive. It would be nice to see interceptor pilots other than Soontir Fel or Carnor Jax. Or E-wing pilots other than Corran Horn.
